Greens fee vouchers

Greens fee vouchers are instantly sent to your email address as PDF attachments upon purchase and usually arrive within 5 minutes. If you can't find them please check your spam or deleted folders and add the golfdealsclub.com domain to your safe senders list to avoid them being wrongly filtered. If you still can't find them please email us at Support@GolfDealsClub.com and we will assist you.

Once you obtain your voucher(s) simply call the course, book a tee time within the vouchers parameters, advise them that you are using a GolfDealsClub.com voucher and show up at the course with your PDF voucher or the unique voucher ID number to redeem it.

Each voucher is valid for one use, fully transferable, individually identified through a unique voucher ID number and redeemable within the guidelines of the voucher, tee time availability and the individual Merchant's booking and facility policies. Once a voucher has been redeemed it is marked as such and it will not be valid for any further bookings. You must use a separate voucher ID number for each booking (we suggest deleting your used vouchers immediately upon use to avoid confusion).

You must use the unique voucher ID number on each voucher to redeem it, NOT the purchase order number.

Individual facility policies apply

Each facility has its own rules that apply to rain-outs, tee time availability, booking policies, course conduct, dress code, etc... . It is beyond the scope of GolfDealsClub.com to list each individual facility's policies and rules.

It is the purchasers responsibility to determine the facility's policies and rules before obtaining a voucher for that facility.

All sales are final

The sole role of GolfDealsClub.com in any voucher transactions is as a reseller for golf facilities. As such the obligation rests solely upon the individual facility to fulfill each voucher according to their policies and guidelines and the voucher validity. GolfDealsClub.com has no direct control over the facilities it serves and as such GolfDealsClub.com is unable to issue refunds once a voucher has been purchased.

It is the purchasers responsibility not to give the redemption code to anyone but the applicable facility at the time of redemption.

If, while following the guidelines of the facility's internal policies and the voucher(s) details, you have any issues with redemption at a facility please contact us at Support@GolfDealsClub.com.
